The App, From the Ground Up

Mission English is a complete platform for private English tutors. You profile each student, run a trial lesson, and continue into a structured course of regular lessons — Mission English drafts each artefact along the way (profile, trial, lesson notes, homework, course plan, regular lessons), and post-lesson material stays a draft until you finalise it and send it to the student.

It is built on three convictions:

  • Pedagogy belongs to the tutor. You shape the student profile — editing it freely, before and after it saves — and that profile is what every lesson is generated from. Post-lesson material reaches the student only when you finalise the draft yourself.
  • Context beats templates. Lessons generated in a vacuum feel generic. Lessons generated against a student profile + a structured course plan feel made for that student.
  • Evidence over hype. Techniques we recommend are grounded in applied linguistics research, not marketing claims.

Today the platform supports CEFR sublevels A1.1 through B2.5; C1 and C2 sublevels are (planned).
